Shipping policy

Fiordland Furs ship New Zealand orders using Track and Trace or Courier via NZ Post. Track and Trace orders should arrive in 3 - 5 business days. Courier items should arrive in 1 - 2 days. 

Please contact us within 15 days if your item has not arrived. 

We will ship orders to the shipping address given.

All Australian orders will be shipped using New Zealand Post and should arrive in 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

International orders are available on request and will be shipped using New Zealand Post. These orders should arrive in 5-15 business days depending on destination.
